Bastide St Mathieu is ideally positioned in the heart of the Golden Triangle, in the foothills just southeast of the perfume town of Grasse, about 20 minutes from the international airport of Nice, and some 15 minutes from Cannes, perfect for enjoying the calm of the mountains, or the sophistication of the Croisette.

A warm welcome awaits you at Bastide St Mathieu from Inge and Arie van Osch. Experienced hoteliers, they have lovingly restored this 18th century country house, to create an atmosphere of total privacy, discreet luxury and personal service. Here guests are greeted and cared for individually, in a delightful, private country home.

From the A8 take exit 42 CANNES/MOUGINS/GRASSE. Follow direction GRASSE. Take exit GRASSE-SUD. Turn right until large roundabout (Quatre chemins).
Take 2nd right just before the Mac Donald's restaurant. Next roundabout turn left (chemin de l'Orme). Pass the Leclerc supermarket, go straight at the small roundabout and follow the road with a right turn till ELEPHANT BLEU car wash whilst preselecting the right lane.
At this point you will find there is some road construction work going on and you have to cross the road diagonally, then turn left after five metres following the signs direction Opio, St. Mathieu and St. Jean, and follow the road right into Moulin de Brun. Go up this road till the T-junction at the end. Here you turn left and immediately right into chemin de Blumenthal (direction St. Jean). (Do not cross the little bridge.)

Bastide St. Mathieu is the big yellow and stone property on your left.
